Dr. Andrew S. Ellowitz is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and an assistant clinical professor at Nova Southeastern University with over ten years of experience in private practice.  A graduate of the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1992 Dr. Ellowitz completed five years of general and orthopedic surgical training at the University of Minnesota.
